Joshua B. Eisenberg

Joshua is the latest addition to The Law Offices of Gary R. Lieberman, LLP. He has worked with Gary for over two years and has become a valuable asset to the firm, while mastering the intricacies of Estate Planning, Asset Protection and Long-Term Care Planning, VA Benefits, Conservatorships, Elder Law Litigation, Etc.

Joshua completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, Santa Cruz where he studied Political Science. Joshua then attended law school at the University of California, Davis where he was an active member of the King Hall community, committing his time outside of the classroom to public interest work, student government, and trial practice. Joshua is currently certified to practice law before the State of California Superior Courts and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Joshua brings a fresh perspective to a practice that Gary R Liberman has developed and nurtured over the past 35 years. Joshua chose to practice in an elder law firm because of the wide array of legal issues affecting seniors in California and because of the opportunity to interact with clients on a daily basis.

Personal Life of Joshua B. Eisenberg

Joshua enjoys spending his free time hiking with his wife and two dogs, international travel, and outdoor adventure. Joshua comes from a family of lawyers with his father in practice in Southern California.
